Justin Amash interview, criminal justice tragedy, cookies, and a cute story
Hey guys,
I hope you’re all staying sane as coronavirus quarantine begins to wind down, depending on where you are. It looks like Virginia, where I live, might start a gradual reopening on May 8th. So soon!
I’ll be working from home for the foreseeable future and taking lots of precautions regardless… but it sure would be nice to get a freaking haircut.
My boyfriend is back to heavy studying now for his super-important med school exam in early June. This means I have been drafted to make dinners! Scared yet? Well, I have to say, my first meal was something of a smashing success. I made us buffalo chicken (sure, it was frozen but I used my oven for the first time) and FRESH broccoli on the stove top. It was 100% edible!
NEWSLETTER QUESTION: Someone suggested I should re-name my newsletter “Breaking Brad.” I think it’s clever and funny… but do YOU like it? Let me know!
Meme:
Food Take: Oatmeal raisin cookies >>>> chocolate chip. Get triggered if you want, but it’s a fact.
Media Corner: I appeared on One America News to discuss the #MeToo charges against Joe Biden and Justin Amash’s entry into the race.
