Justin Amash, Oreos, Nancy Pelosi & My New Favorite Song
Welcome to the Weekly Brad, in week ??? of corona quarantine.
Hey everyone,
Hope you’re all staying safe amid corona chaos.
In one fun personal update, I got a special at-home pitcher for making cold brew and am getting my money’s worth! It’s delicious… and extra caffeinated compared to my regular coffee. Highly recommend!
The biggest news story I have to just briefly touch on is the libertarian congressman Justin Amash, of Michigan, announcing his third-party presidential run. Some will say he’s a “spoiler” or that he “takes votes from Trump/Biden!” (odd how both sides are saying this… simultaneously). I don’t care. Vote your conscience! And mine tells me that the pro-liberty conservative in the race gets my vote.
My boyfriend is studying hard for his June med school exam, so that’s, er… lots of fun. We’ve had plenty of time to do at-home workouts, binge Game of Thrones, and eat/he cooks wonderful dinners. In this small sense that we get to spend so much time together, I will miss corona quarantine very much.
Meme:
Food Take: Oreos aren’t actually that good. Very over-rated.
